Recently the other coaches and I have been attending sessions through the IU8. We are in these sessions with a series of other educators and coaches from school districts of a variety of cultures. We are able to collaborate with one another outside of these sessions through the use of Skype. This way, all coaches can share ideas, vent to one another, and share experiences that we all have with our culturally diverse teachers and students.
